Occasionally a person is just to thin and because of this has become equally self conscious. Did you know that there are certain training methods that I can help you with and certain diets that will begin to pile on the pounds not just in unsightly fat but in shapely muscle. As your personal trainer if your over weight or under weight I can weigh you weekly and give you a sense of accountability as we both press into achieving your goals. If you hand yourself in your training over to me and once you have told me what you are looking to achieve then I will tailor a workout program to suit your specific needs to attain one goals after another.
